Alpine View Apartments are perfectly located in the Village Bowl. Only metres from Eagle Express, Summit and Gully chairlifts.

During Winter when there is peak snow, our next door neighbour is a magic carpet ride which takes you to the top of the snow tube park. The perfect place after ski school for kids with energy to burn. The rest of the year, why not leave the crowds, heat and frantic pace of everyday life behind and experience the cool charms of Falls Creek's high country.

Booking Conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Minimum 2 night stay, minimum 3 night stay over the Easter and March Labour Day weekends.

A refundable bond of $1000 is charged per apartment and is security for damage, smoking in the apartments and disturbance of any kind to other guests. $200 will be taken if excessive cleaning of your apartment is required on your departure.


SEASON DATES & TARIFFS:
The Season dates are inclusive of the date e.g. Peak season dates include the night of the 23rd June to the night of the 23rd Sept, guest departing on 24th Sept. The only 'correct' and up to date tariff per night can be located on the Alpine View websites live online booking calendar. All other tariffs quoted on third party websites are only a guide and may be out of date at the time of viewing. Tariffs advertised on the Alpine View website are subject to change prior to the payment of any money.

Stay for 7 nights, pay for 6 tariff - the lowest nightly tariff within the 7 nights booked is the night which will be free of charge. This special is only available for 7 night stays in the same apartment, I.e. it is not applicable if a 7 night stay is in 2 or more apartments.


CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check in time is 4pm
Check out time is 9.30am

However, you can arrive at any time as we have a luggage storage area and bathrooms with showers for your use, and a late night check in procedure.

Late check out may be possible depending on the occupancy of the building, our cleaning schedule and the notice period you give. Late check-out fees are as follows:
■ From 9.30am until 11am - $100
■ After 11am - the full charge of one night’s accommodation at your existing rate will be charged (subject to availability)
■ Late check-outs will most likely not be available in Peak periods from July to August.

Early check out may be possible from 2pm depending on our cleaning schedule and the notice period you give. The fees are:
■ From 2pm - $200
■ From 3pm - $100
If you have small children and you have not arranged an early check in please schedule your arrival for 4pm. If you find you will arrive before 4pm please don't start driving up from Mt Beauty until at least 3pm so you don't get cold waiting for your apartment to be ready.


PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept payment by cash, direct debit or credit/debit card (Visa or Mastercard only).
An additional charge of 2% of your payment is applied to payment made by credit or debit cards. This is applicable for all bookings, year round.


EXTRA PEOPLE IN APARTMENTS:
We can also accommodate extra people in some of our apartments. Approval must be sought prior to arrival and extra charges will apply.


BOOKING CANCELLATION:
Winter :: If cancellation of your booking occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival you will receive a refund of your payment less an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff per apartment. If cancelled 60-45 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total tariff per apartment will be refunded unless the apartment is re-let, in which case an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff per apartment will be charged. No refund will be given if an apartment booking is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival, unless the apartment is re-let, in which case an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff per apartment will be charged.

Summer :: 15% of the total tariff to be paid if cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival, with the remaining tariff refunded. No refund if cancelled 28 days or less prior to arrival date unless the apartment is rebooked. Then only 15% of the total tariff is payable. In the case of events when bookings are taken months in advance no refund will be given if cancelled 60 days in advance unless the apartment is rebooked when only 15% of the total tariff is retained.

Falls Creek Snowsports Guarantee

FALLS CREEK SNOWSPORTS GUARANTEE: All payments proved to be received (less 15% of payment as booking fee) will be refunded, if 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival there is insufficient snow to enable snowsports on at least three designated downhill runs at Falls Creek. This guarantee does not apply if snowsports at the Resort cannot be accessed should ski lifts be unable to operate due to other conditions. This guarantee is applicable every day during the declared Victorian ski season.
